Really nice home with good bones. Needs some work and flooring. 4 beds 2 baths or 3 beds and 2 living areas, There is also a room with a shower in it that was used to clean off coming in from outside. Large living area that used to have a wood stove, it has been removed but the chimney is still there, so you could add it back in if you like. Just over 1 acre. There is a chicken coop in the back. Extra storage shed and a lean to type of storage area as well. Mature trees that include fruit trees and crepe myrtles. HUGE oak tree by the houses provides terrific shade.
