This building was formerly used as Dixie Dandy then Market Basket. Building was built in 1968 for purpose of being a grocery store. Brick veneer on front, concrete and stucco on side. Building has a loading/unloading dock on rear of building. Electrical, plumbing, and heating was updated in 2000. Roof was redone in 2005. Main building is vacant at this time. There is a leased side being used as a furniture store. Building is on a city corner lot and is close to the hospital and banks.
