Predominately open cattle pasture, this land has gentle slope and 3 ponds measuring, less than an acre, 1.6 acres, and 4 acres. One pasture is in Klein grass, another in coastal Bermuda, and one in WW-B Dahl bluestem. These pastures produced around 250 round bales of hay in 2019, and the balance is in native grasses.
